NOT FAULT FINDING, but is to ensure/monitor that:

procedures are in- place, and are being correctly
implemented and complied with.

Standards.

leadership for HSE is visible.

motivation is in-place.
All level of Management and
Supervisors should allocate time and effort to achieve the
