AMSAL hereby reiterates
that the use of any illicit drugs or chemical and the
consumption of any alcoholic beverage in the company
operations or facilities are totally prohibited.
Any person found to be in
possession of the said drug/chemical or under the influence
of the alcohol within the Company premises would be
subjected to the disciplinary action, which may lead to the
immediate dismissal from the Company employment.
As such, the Company has the
rights to undertake the followings:

Conduct searches for the
illicit drugs/chemical and alcohol on any person within
the Company premises or facilities.

Carry out the drugs and
alcohol test on any person within the said premises or
facilities if he/she is so suspected.
The policy covers all
personnel, regardless of position, gender or the employing
companies.
