The Directors and Management of
Anjung Mantap consider that continued growth and healthy
development of the company's business is dependent on the
quality of service and product that the company provides to
its clients. Consequently, it is the objective of Anjung
Mantap that every effort will be made in the conduct of its
operations, to ensure that the highest quality standards are
maintained at all times, particularly with regard to:
a. Meeting Client's Specifications, Standards and
Expectations.
b. Ensuring compliance with existing legislation accepted
Codes of Practice, and International Standards applicable to
our industry.
c. Health, Safety and the Environment. It is the Policy of
Anjung Mantap that:
All managers shall be responsible for the development and
maintenance of the Quality policy within their area of
responsibility.
All personnel working within the company shall be made
aware of the Quality Policy and encouraged by good
management and training to adopt the standards.
The Quality Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions shall
be widely available for all employees to read and follow.
Responsibility for implementation of the Quality Policy
rests with the line management and emanates directly from
the Managing Director of the company.
All personnel, at whatever level they are employed in the
company, have an equal and continuous responsibility for
maintaining Quality Standards.
HSE procedure should be consistent with client’s need,
especially in handling of material, cargo or whatever client
valuable business.
Our approach is to provide tailored safety services using a
common sense approach. When customers have existing sound
safety programs, we adapt our recommendations, new programs
and documentation to fit into the existing customer
management system. When new programs must be implemented, we
seek to understand the environment of the client to ensure
our recommendations, programs and documents can be easily
transitioned into the client’s business environment. |
