AMSAL represent ship owner and
interests for a port call where conditions and/or clauses in
the relevant charter party nominate other parties control of
cargo operations. AMSAL will monitor and ensure the
performance of the cargo operations does not conflict with
ship owner interests. Owner's Protective Attendance takes
place at any time during cargo operations. Various services
can be performed, depending upon individual customer's
specific needs:

Regular visits to terminal
and vessel to ensure instructions and/or clauses in
charter party are adhered to

Appointment of independent
surveyors
-
Settle with charterer's
agent (if applicable)

Report on activities
AMSAL ensure that:

All invoices for services
and products are received and approved

3rd parties have received
final payment
-
Final disbursement account
is prepared including original vouchers and dispatched
to customer
